The tray enters into the back compartment of the bin, therefore separating both food leftovers and trays.
Reducing Clutter during Tray Return TVESSEL is an enhanced tray return station situated at fast food outlets. The system aims to improve the disposal process during self-return. Food waste and the tray will be organized by the mechanism to minimize cleaners’ workload of garbage disposal.

REFINEMENT PROCESS
2018
Form refinement was a challenging process with the idea of a sleek, organic yet modular station. The structure had to include considerations of height for users, fitting the interior mechanism and to complement the overall interior of a fast food outlet.
