We are looking for a smart, young, result oriented, and self confident individual to join our organization in the capacity of Assistant Documentation and Compliance Officer. He/ she will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties in support of the Compliance department. As a member of the compliance team, he/she will play a key role in the implementation and maintenance of the compliance strategy and culture across all business units.
Requirements: Graduate/ undergraduate in the field Law from a reputed university. Knowledge of SEC/CSE regulations and prior experience in compliance in the Financial Services sector or internal audit/risk management experience will be an added advantage. He/ she should possess a strong work ethic and maintain the highest standards of personal integrity. Ability to work under pressure and a strong track record of high standards of accuracy Self motivated team player, willing to work long hours and meet tight deadlines Ability to function independently with minimum supervision A very good command of the English language, both written and verbal Strong sense of initiative and desire for accountability Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point Ability to work well with people at all levels of the organization and develop/nurture external relationships
