Candor is a full service Financial Services firm based in Colombo Sri Lanka. We are looking for a trustworthy, result oriented, and self motivated individual to join our Sales team. The individual should have the client’s interest at heart and play a pivotal role to generate wealth for our clients. The Senior Manager Sales should have the competence to promote the benefits of investing in the Sri Lanka stock market with absolute conviction. He/she will lead and mentor the sales team in developing profitable client relationships, properly advising clients, monitoring the client portfolios and achieving set brokerage targets.
Requirements:
Strong work ethic with a absolute integrity and an unblemished compliance record Ability to work under high pressure and meet brokerage targets A demonstrable track record of generating wealth for high net worth, corporate, institutional and foreign clients Solid understanding of what drives stock prices in the CSE A true leader and a team player, capable of smoothly interacting with Sales and Research teams to ensure that client’s interests are fully met Results-oriented with a high level of entrepreneurial drive and self confidence Effective time management skills to divide the day between client servicing and marketing Strong financial acumen and analytical and communication skills Well developed network of foreign and local corporate & HNW contacts Ability to deliver clear, meaningful and well-structured client advise convincingly License to function as a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) At least 7 years of relevant experience Academic or full/part professional qualifications such as CFA, CIMA, ACCA, ICASL will be advantageous
