ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: - There are set delivery charges for ALL custom kit orders to help make your ordering and pricing of kit easier. For orders under £1500.00 (before VAT is added) the delivery charge is £30.00. For orders in excess of £1500.00 (before VAT is added) the delivery charge is £50.00. - All first time orders using our international factories; new customers and new designs; are shipped from the international factories to the Quest Sports Wear UK offices for inspection where possible and timescales allow. This enables us to maintain our high standards and allows us to offer a quality control service on our products. - All custom kit orders from our international factories; no matter what size or quantity; take on average 7-10 weeks from the point at which the order is placed to it’s arrival in the UK. We always will try to speed up this production time where possible but production times can be effected by busy periods of the year, national holidays etc. - In order for your custom kit to be produced to the best of our abilities we require ALL logos and artwork on the kit to be supplied to us in high-resolution ‘ai’ vector formats. For logos that are not in this particular format we reserve the right to add additional artwork charges to pay for the re-drawing of the logos and artwork. - There is NO VAT added on children’s clothing. - All custom kit orders from our UK factory; no matter what size or quantity; take on average 2-3 weeks from the point at which the order is placed to it’s arrival in the UK. We always will try to speed up this production time where possible but production times can be effected by busy periods of the year, national holidays etc. - We require a 50% of the total invoice amount as deposit before production in any of the factories commences. And, any balances are expected after production and before shipping. 2015 CUSTOM KIT PRICELIST TERMS & CONDITIONS Please check the spellings, colours, design and any possible errors carefully, once the artwork has been approved Quest Sports Wear do not take any responsibility of any error in the design e.g spelling. We offer repair or exchange if you find any faulty item with a manufacturing fault. We will resolve the issue as soon as we can to make sure you have received your full order in good condition. We will ask you to return the faulty items back within a reasonable time. These products are made to order with your designs, so these cannot be refunded if the correct size has not been ordered, we cannot re-sell these items. There are some unavoidable technical differences e.g small variation in colours, quality, material, weight, or any other specifications and we do not consider these manufacturing faults. Please allow for and expect some slight variations in colour when printing on fabric, slight variations can occur and are always possible and unavoidable. Please review the design, check sizes and order carefully prior to you approving the design for production. Samples: We provide samples for sizing and quality checking purpose. We strongly advise the time be taken to request and try sample garments as no refunds are offered for incorrect sizing in custom made clothing. We request you to please return the samples when you have finished with them. Samples are charged at full price if they have not been returned. Please return the samples within 2 weeks. If you need to keep them longer than 2 weeks please inform us and we will arrange. Our R&D team are continually working on improvements that may be applied to final garments, this is at our discretion and will only ever be an improvement to the finished product. Non-payments: All invoices are subject to either 30 days or payment before delivery. In cases where 30 days are permitted and payment is not made the matter is referred to our debt collection company and will be subject to a surcharge of 20% plus VAT to cover the collection costs incurred. This surcharge together with all other charges and legal fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and will be legally enforceable. If you think you are unable to pay the invoice please talk to us, we can allow extra time if required or possibly discuss a payment structure. Delivery Times/Costs: For orders placed at our factories outside of the UK we are only able to quote an estimated delivery time due to clashes with international holidays, time differences etc. We quote the 7-10 weeks for this reason and endeavour to deliver inside of the 10 weeks, but should the delivery time exceed the 10 weeks we will keep you informed and aim to get the delivery to you as quickly as possible. No refunds are allowed for late deliveries up to 16 weeks. Deliveries over 16 weeks we will of course refund the 50% deposit in full with our sincerest apologies.
