Burton Power is offering a limited number of brand new genuine Ford bare cylinder heads for the 2.0/2.3 Duratec HE I4 engines.
These incorporate the preferred hi-port design (RF6S4E casting mark) which has the ability for a greater flow than the low port design.
The Burton High Port Cylinder Heads are for the non-VVT engine type and are supplied bare but are factory fitted with valve guides and valve seats.

Burton’s Powergrip Pulley Drive Kit
For Ford SOHC Pinto Engine
Burton Power can now provide a Powergrip toothed belt conversion for the alternator and water pump on a Ford SOHC Pinto engine.
The alternator pulley in this new Burton kit will fit 15mm alternator shafts although Burton can also provide a similar version for 17mm shafts (use part number: FT1054K/17).
Drive ratios are 1.08:1 for the water pump and 1.86:1 for the alternator.

for classic 1970 on 850cc Minis
In 1970, 850cc Minis with engine number 85H101on had a remote type gearbox case. This was fitted with a ‘magic wand’ type gear lever which was held up by a plate underneath. This type of gear change requires a detent spring, which in time can lose its effectiveness or even break.

Rocker Shaft End Washer - part number 6K555 - is the standard end washer for the rocker shaft. Priced at £0.96 each incl. VAT
Rocker Shaft Spring Washer - part number 2A18 - is a spring washer that goes on both ends of the rocker shaft to keep tension on the #1 & #8 rockers and is priced at £0.64 each incl. VAT.
