JOHN PEREZ From being an Art student to becoming a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Communication design tackling the real world. Undertaking a degree has really intensified my passion in graphic design. In the university, they simply don’t teach you how to use a design software and send you off to the real world. Students are asked to find themselves. Question our interest and find joy in our work. With this teaching method I was able to strengthen my skills as a designer and more importantly as a person. It helped me gain confidence in myself and in my work. I’m extremely passionate in what I do and I’ve always believed that doing something you love can effortlessly make you excel at what you do. This passion allows me to bring professionalism to my work. Focusing on task, resulting on a high quality work achieving the requirements of the client. I have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills and guarantee to reach targets and results. I adapt quickly in the working environment and always face challenging situation calmly and focused. Acting maturely for my age but still have a friendly personality who enjoys working with others or independently.

FUTURE SCAN FutureScan is a conceptual app created by Future Foods. The app allows you to scan the food you pick up in the market. With the camera of your smartphone and the latest image recognition technology that recognises shapes and colour, it allows you to access the database of your preferred market and give you more information about the product you have scan. It can also gather sustainability information on the scanned item by allowing the app to use the data gathered from the camera and the database to search on web. When an item is scanned, an augmented reality information and menu will appear in the screen and the user will be able to interact with the graphics in the screen of their smartphones.
SUSTAINABILITY FutureScan gathers sustainable information about the item you have scanned. Information such as how the item you have scanned harms or benefit the planet. It provides engaging videos and images relating to the item you have scanned.
SMART TROLLEY Future Foods sees a potential existence in the supermarkets we have today. The company believes that you will be able to access the feature of FutureScan in the supermarket trolleys. As technology gets cheaper, this vision becomes promising. Hypothetically, all supermarket trolley will have a camera that has image recognition that identifies colours, shapes and text much like the future of our smartphones and a 10-inch screen that has the FutureScan software.
MODERN Smart trolley embraces the future. Future Foods believes that this is the future of shopping. It allows you to gain much more information about the food you are buying right from you trolley.
COMPARISON FutureScan allows you to compare products to one another to see which item suits your needs and to see which is healthier and more sustainable option
