FEEL CONFIDENT WITH YOUR EXHIBITS There are a lot of ways in which exhibits can be made while a trail is going on. These exhibits are very much different from the attachments you usually get in an expert report. Such exhibits are very large as imagined for the review of the jurors. If you will think as per every jury to review the report then only you can make the exhibit accordingly. You do not have to use any numeric or textual information while preparing an exhibit. If you will include a picture in your exhibit then, you may not have to explain so much because the picture will explain a lot alone. When the issues are very complicated, the use of pictures can help you clear the details and explain the facts easily. Some cases can be explained better with pictures than words. Jurors can understand your point of view if you witness the testimony. You can explain your viewpoint and presentation in a better way if it is attractive, attention gaining with added visual aids. If you really want to know about their reaction then note that whether the jurors are giving a view to your exhibits after you have finished. The exhibits presented by you must look evident to the jurors at any point of time. This demand for designing a lawful and genuine Demonstrative Exhibit. Some people want to make their exhibit highly eye catching, colorful and three dimensional for the jurors but, this may or may not work for the jurors at the time of need. You need to create your exhibit before time so that you can be ready on time so, make a video of your exhibit. This will help you not to create any live demonstration and it will be easy to review the video at anytime. This is the point where you can become a teacher of your own. If you have prepared your Demonstrative Exhibit on your own then, you can always show an active behavior and can leave the witness box anytime to keep your views in front on the jurors. This will keep the jurors engaging to your exhibit. Do not let your enthusiasm down and keep following your exhibits when in front the jurors. You do not have to over react but, keep it to some acting. You can keep looking and editing your exhibits till you are fully confident in them to present. If you are not ready to present the exhibit then this might distract the jurors. During the testimony, you can leave them uncovered. All this will help you gain confidence and present the testimony during the cross examination. If you are confident about your exhibit then, you will gain confidence automatically and will never step back during the cross examination. This will come up as your own advantage if you haven’t covered the exhibit and it

will be positive from juror’s point of view. So, it’s just about being at the right track and having confidence in your exhibits.
