JOSÉ MUÑOZ BARON Born in Segorbe (Castellón) on May 25, 1959. Degree in Economics from the University of Málaga. Technical Officer of the Treasury, Customs and Excise specialty since 1981. He has served in the Customs of Seo de Urgel (Andorra), Malaga and, since June 1984, in Valencia. Since 2000 until 2008 was Head of the Customs Establishment Intervention Unit of Customs and Excise of Valencia. Currently serves on the AEO Audit Area Regional Unit of Customs and Excise Valencia and is Tutor of the AEO authorized in the Provincial Unit. Published three articles in the Spanish Department of Customs and Excise journal: "Customs report on the European Community", a reference to the Community textile policy and two on the agricultural additional duties within the Common Agricultural Policy Published a customs bonded warehouses handbook.
