Fiji Farmers Forum August 01 – 02, 2017 Coral Coast Christian Camp, Pacific Harbour The Fiji Crop and Livestock Council (FCLC) in partnership with the Pacific Island Farmers Organisation Network (PIFON) invites you to attend the Fiji Farmers Forum and Farmer to Farmer Learning exchange. Day 1 Program: Fiji Farmers Forum • What is agricultural policy and how it affects us as farmers? • The role of farmer organisations in advocacy and policy engagement • Tools for farmer organisations/industry to influence Policy • Discussion and prioritization of cross cutting policy issues affecting small holders and plan to address these.
