Finding difficult to manage time, attend time management course A question we often should ask ourselves is, “Are we managing our time?� Students dissatisfied over no time to play after studies and tuitions. Father agitated about demanding deadlines, therefore no quality time to spend for family. Mother complains about increasing workplace stress as a result no mood to cook food. Where are we heading to? Where is the problem? How to solve the problem?. All these questions may unsettle many but for the sensible ones there is answer - we can do many things by managing our time well. How to manage time? Our next concern is how to reduce unproductive time. There are several ways to reduce time. Let us discuss it from office angle. We spend lot of time in attending meetings. In fact, meetings should have standard protocols to follow to avoid waste of time. Time is premium. Members should not be allowed to indulge in freewheeling talk. Discussions should be centered upon the concerned topic which was discussed earlier. Moreover, there should be time fixed for everyone to talk and if required, blow the whistle to discourage members from deviating the subject. Meetings also should have set timeframe to begin and end. A day before the commencement of the meeting, proper reminder should be sent to come prepared. In offices we need to have time table to follow like we followed in schools. We should have a mechanism to avoid waste of time. Of course, there are daily work report where we mention the time to start and finish one unit of work or average handling time. This needs to be reinforced in office to maximise output and reduce unproductive time. We need to cut short time spend on mails. We need to have a mechanism to follow more templates instead of writing tailored mails. Create more templates during free time to follow

According to Peter F Drucker, the world renowned management guru, “relationships are cost centers, time waste centers.� Therefore, it is important to realize how our time is being wasted on non productive relationships. Idle chatting, interfering in others affairs, gossipping around eat our valuable time as a result work gets extended. One should draw a line in relationships so that valuable time is used only for work not play. Time management classes can help you manage time It requires training, coaching to understand the subject more. Therefore, it is highly recommended to undergo time management course to balance your time. It will have its impact on your family life, attitude resulting in all round growth.
