岸桥电气控制系统由国际著名电气制造厂商的产品组成： 变频调速器采用SIEMENS公司SINAMICS系列变频器产品； PLC采用SIEMENS公司S7-300系列加分布式I/O系列产品，PLC与调速器之间通过 Profibus总线通讯，能全面监测调速器的工作状态与详细信息； 主要机构电动机采用SIEMENS 、ABB等知名品牌电机； 低压配电元器件及附件如：断路器、接触器、继电器等均采用SIEMENS公司产 品； 主令控制器采用S+B公司产品； 限位开关等均采用日本OMRON和德国施迈赛公司产品； 触摸屏采用SIEMENS系列10” 真彩产品。 Transducers are SIEMENS’ series of SINAMICS； PLC are SIEMENS’ series of S7-300 and distributed I/O, which communicate with transducers by Prodibus, which can inspect the working state and details of transducers; Motors of main mechanisms are from SIEMENS or ABB. low voltage distribution organs and accessories are from SIEMENS, as circuit breaker, contactor and relay and so on. 1)多功能倾转防挂舱技术 Multi-function slewing and anti-snag technology 采用先进的液压控制技术，当吊具在舱内上升过程中发生挂舱时，自动切断控制系统电源， 瞬间打开液压阀，油缸迅速卸载以免因集装箱挂舱造成起重机和船舱的损坏。与传统防挂 舱系统相比，三一STS安全可靠性能优势明显。 Advanced hydraulic control technology is applied to cut off the power of control system when there is a snag during the hoisting. The hydraulic valve will be open and the oil cylinder will unload immediately to avoid destroy to the crane or the cabin.
除防挂舱功能外，此系统还能实现吊具的倾转 功能，减少在前大梁头部安装一套倾转装置， 从而减小整机轮压，增加整机稳定性。 This system also integrates the slewing of spreader. It replaces a slewing device on the head of apron girder, thus decreasing the wheel load and increasing the stability of crane.

2)柔性智能对箱控制技术 Flexible and intelligent landing of containers onto the truck
通过安装在岸桥主梁上的激光定位系统
，实现集卡的快速精确对位，适应于码头自 动化办公需求，有效提高集装箱装卸效率。 The position of container landing onto the truck is controlled by the laser positioning system mounted on the girder, which is especially applicable to the office automation on the quayside.

3)吊具轨迹智能控制技术 Intelligent control on spreader track
通过编码器位置检测及吊具运行轨迹动态记忆存储技术，自动计算出最佳及安全路 径，在保证安全的前提下，大幅提高了作业效率。 The best route of spreader is worked out based on the position of encoder and the stored track of spreader. This technology not only ensures safe movement of spreader but also improves the working efficiency.

4)智能低压电容补偿 Intelligent low voltage capacitance compensation 没有配置无功补偿装置，导致供配电质量低，影响输电线路；对电机、变压器造成严重浪
费；威胁港口供电系统的安全。 配置无功补偿装置使平均功率因数达到0.9以上，谐波量大大下降，节能效果明显。

实现了对设备的全球监控。用户可以 通过互联网了解设备状态；技术专家可以 对操作、服务人员进行远程技术支持，有 效提高故障排除效率、缩短故障停机时间。 Real-time global monitoring of the crane can be realized. Through this system, you could grasp the crane status on the Internet; your engineers could provide technological support to the operation or maintenance personnel, which helps shorten the stopping time caused by malfunctions. 系统还具有设备数据统计分析、装机 管理、工况监督、数据存储等功能，为设 备的维修提供数据保障。
Functions including data collection and analysis, remote monitoring, malfunction diagnose, installation management, working condition monitoring, and data storage are also integrated.
