The goal of this research was to design an urban proposal that will be in the conditions to receive the new metro station by 2017 in the neighborhood of Kennedy.
The sector had a high demand of public spaces, public buildings and Its population had low and middle income, a typical Latin American urban genetic code.
The Darwin city is an urban proposal determinate to use the street as a multiplying device; this is done by a number of mutable public buildings located in strategic zones of the territory. Therefore, the proposal maintains the little existing and multiplies it, in order to solve the existing problem.
