History of scouting in hungary The golden ages 1924 A Hungarian contingent with 102 members

participates at the Jamboree in Denmark. In the competition, the contingents finishes on the 3rd place! 1926 The first general national camp is organized with 10 000 participants. 1927 The Park of the Hungarian scouts is established. 1928 BiPi visits Hungary. This is when his bronze footprint (also exhibited in the Gilwell Park) is made.

1928 Founding WAGGGS and accepted the trefoil for its symbol. 1929 Hungary participates at the Jamboree in Birkenhead with 852 scouts, the largest hungarian jamboree contingent of all times. 1931 Hungary appointed to organize the following World Scout Jamboree.
