OATMEAL 2.0 DELUX

Prepared on either milk or mineral aqua, choose toppings after mood. Example ; banana slices, mango, nuts & seads, rasisins or berries.

OMELETTE de lá SKÅNE 1. Per person - whip three egg, milk or cooking cream, onion, slices of ham, salt & pepper. 2. Butter in da pan, leave it on middle heat til the butter gets brown 3. Pour the egg mix into the pan, fry on low heat til it’s ready

CLUB SANDWICH Toast the bread as you please, fill with salad, mayonaise, ham, cheese and the daily vegetables, be creative! Tips: Savour together with some slices of crispy bacon.

CHIA PUDDING Prepare on day before - Mix chia seeds & some kind of milk together in a jar. Flavor as you please and leave it over night. Top the pudding with fresh fruits, nuts, coconut flakes etc.

BANANA PANNCAKES Mix one mashed banana, two eggs and a pinch of milk together and pour into a buttered, hot frypan. Fry on mid temperature til it’s ready. Top with whatever you got handy!

SIDE ORDERS & DRINKS Crispy bacon - fry til it becomes crispy, let it dry on a plate covered with toilet paper. Potato de la cheese - potato slices boiled and then fryed together with cheese, salt & pepper Smoothie & Fruity - any kind of liquor, frozen fruit & add ons Daily fresh fruit - ask or see what the house has to offer Chocolate milk - Error, cannot be described Tea - ask or see the tea sortiment
