During this subject I had the task to draw one of the private building in the Southern Coast of France. In this course the teacher taught us how to draw it with two different programmes: Autocad and Rhinoceros. Moreover, we learned to use VRay for rendering different views of the house.
* Outdoors render
Then my choice was “Seignosse House” designed by Debarre Duplantiers Associés Architecture & Paysage. Now I will show you some: rendered views, an axonometric view and a section by the ladders.

A new interactive game sorts out as a chance to connect nature with children. Our paper is to design in technological and educative way how to achieve this challenge. Our interactive toolbox has an easy distribution where you follow the evolution and growing process of the native plants.
At the begining we germinate the seeds, then we take care of the growing and hygiene of this “green blanket” and finally we transplant them to a bigger field.
To sum up the objective of the game is to make aware the children about their own ecosystem. Moreover this teaching techniches will guide these little one in a more respective and conscious way in green thoughts. *In this project we used Arduino to detect the humidity and temperature levels.

Teachers: Maria Langarita and Juan Antonio Sánchez Morales. At this moment where cultural and historic buildings with high value are failing and the bussines are taking important places, Eurovegas propose the idea to design our own concept of casino. Then we looked forward an extense bibliography of relevant building finding “Laboral of Gijón”, where our project was developed. Our purpose was to build a multisensorial building for all the human senses (after accepting some terms and conditions of privacity and confidentiality) to live a unique experience indoors.
Moreover we had to draw all this multisensoriality with one program and we chose Photoshop, where we could draw and express feelings and sensations like: horror, sexual freedom, desperation, pleasure and more. 8

Our goal was to design a parcial development plan located in the Northeastern zone of Cartagena. Once we desgined the new neighbourhood, we had to decide the square we wanted to develope.
The aim of the project was to develope the plot selected for designing a residential building typology and its central public park. All the design is done in terms of ecology and sustainability following the rules and statements of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). Finally we achieved a building whose own energy, thermical needs and water use was messured and working by itself.

1. The goal of CTQ Project was to create some different atmospheres of an existing building made by video methods and techniques.
2. De re aedificatoria (Alberti) was a project where we chose a chapter of its writtings and we layed out with contemporany references. 3. Atmóferas (Peter Zumthor) was a project where we layed out his book with references of architectural projects made before the XX century.

The project was about an architectural detailled analysis in Guardamar del Segura (Alicante) where I had the challenge to achieve a technical and social knowledge about J Acinto Benavente’s street in every parametric way.
In this analysis I had the opportunity to arrive at the resident people of the neighbourhood to meet their manners and ways of life and to know how the actual architecture has influenced in their daily life.

In Jacinto Benavente’s street (Guardamar del Segura) I proposed an interactive course for the elderly (occuping the renting and on sale houses) and leaded by the “persianero” (a ttypical emporary worker of the city) to create a new green mantle whose agricultural cares will rely on them. At the street scale I generated a stepped urban orchard, a remodelation in the first floor of Europa Hotel, a bid dimension warehouse and a vertical greenhouse. At a comunitary scale I designed a covered greenhouse in the deck of one building and kokedama roller.
And finally at the private scale I proposed some tensigrity conections between the balconies of the street to generate a green mantle.

During the course we had to design one important piece of our project in a more detailed and specific way. Therefore I chose the vertical greenhouse because it offered a wide variety of situations and contructive solutions that could help and potenciate the elderly job.
This 6 floors building had the capacity for a main floor where we could find: the reception, 2 big tanks full of water and two multiequiped locker rooms thta cover the needs of the elderly.
From 1st to the 4th floor you could find 4 orchards of 12 square meters per floor and with 40-45 cm depth. Moreover these orchards were ubicated in the south direction for catching the winter sunliught and half opened to take profit of the raining water.
FInally in the last floor you could find the “kokedama roller a complex gadget that used a pulley system where you could hang the kokedama ( a sustrat ball for the begginers plants). All the hanged balls moved up and down during a reduced period of time and were introduced inside a water tank to matain them hydratated,

During this subject we had to resdesign an existing space in Alicante that had an inexistent connection fo 2 important places (Sangueta’s beach and “La Britanica”).
For achieving this challenge we proposed a zero level building who would rise up since arriving to the top of the mountaint (where it is located “La Britanica) by a walkable and adapted path. Moreover we designed a complete spa and relaxing center for the visitors to enjoy typical health techniques. The use for the building was proposed because a near beach had 60 years ago an important health resort, but this place was demolished in 1960.

Atmospheric architecture was the main issue of this subject. This architecture try to design sel-sufficient, eco-friendly and techonologic buildings and introduced us in a new way of designing, building and living the architecture.
*Location place (Arnöy, Norway)
This course taught us new ways of doing architecture. Sometimes when you are designing you just think about the shape, the thermical isolation and another items for fulfilling the current spanish normative. So, what does it happen when you go further?
To sum up this course taught how to take into account everything part and condition of the architecture and our actual way of life and implement it inside one and unique building. In this case, they damanded us to design a refugee in a extremal climate place and our goal was to design it in atmosperichal condictions.

In the designing process of my refugee I had to take into account the fact taht I was located in the subpolar climate zone, where temperatures are below zero and the lack of sunlight hours are present in the winter months. On the other hand I had a big amonut of frozen water and a big herd of reindeer where my character Erika Larsen (a Nathional Geogrpahic’s photographer who wanted to come back to Norway for taking pictures of the reindeer’s migration). In this fiction I decided to set up my refuge in the ladder of an Arnöy’s mountain for taking profit of the inclination and digging a underground cave where reindeers could enter indoors and sleep in the cold days. Moreover this situation was positive to her private reisdence because she could take profit of the corporal heat of the reindeer to warm up the refugee on the underground cave.
The thermal isolation with the use of a local wooden structure would create a warm atmosphere for Erika and a underground adapted cone would collect the reindeer’s scrap for turn it into electric energy. For understanding the process of obtaining this energy I decided to use a biodigestor. Ultimately I designed the wooden structure, the thermical isolation system and the natural cover of the refuge with Grashopper for getting

During this subject we had to design a complete building with industrial and prefabricated constructive systems that will standarized and make it easeir to build in a short period of time.
Our goal was to design a self-sufficient building with a specific use that would be a marine-biological reinterpretatoin center. This building would include: an outdoors museums with solar panels stoa, two well equiped bathrooms, a conference-library room and cafe-bar outdoors terrace. On important fact of the building would its location in a old abandoned quarry that would affect to the shape and height of the building. Moreover this height would proporcionate a great view of the Huerta’s cape.

Nowadays the connection within the upside of Altea and the beach is inexistent that is the reason why we proposed a scalonated way that would generate a route for connecting these two sides, respecting the doors and windows of the main floor and taking advantage of the rainy season. All this way is designed to take profit of the rain water collection in the principal square of Altea and reactivate this square and way to the residents and visitors all over the year.
Our goal was to make water the main attraction and to give extra and necessary uses as a kindergarten and a playground place to the children of the city. In the other hand we proposed a bar-cafe for the young and adults. Also we designed some open spaces and public seats for the elderly.

In “El Realengo” we could find one of the most important churches of the S.XX in Alicante’s province. One building designed by Jose Luis Fernández del Amo whose architectural interest is very important for our zone.
Our job was to recopillate all the information abour this church and redraw all the original drawings of the architect for having an extense and perfect information to the second phase. For our second phase we had to redesign this building in recent uses for the village and for attracting outdoors people. That is why we designed a multiuse center where you could find: a chill and relax bar, a free buffet restaurant, some small ambulant kitchens and more. Moreover we had to conservate the most relevating pieces of the place and we made a little museum for the visistors.

Teachers: Carlos Pérez Carramiñana and Jose Ángel Ruiz Cáceres. During this subject we had to design and create a complete project of one invented building in case we would send to the Architect’s official school if we were interested in turn it into reallity. For this reason we had to design all the facilities and stablish that the building was following all the actual normative.
One interesting fact of the subject is that we used some new programmes as: Lider-Calener (for thermal conditions knowledge) and DB HR programme (for sound isolation conditions).

Wabi Sabi is a japanese aesthetics concept, that aim to the transcience and imperfection of life. Consist on the capacity of seeing the beauty in the imperfection of the natural elements, passage of time and the fugacity of life. On this course we analyze the different strategies that architecture possess and how these strategies conform the reality of the elements that compose the architecture.
We have studied this reality through the idea of wabi sabi, knowing that with the exploration and manipulation of this concept is possible to generate different configuration of spatial reality.

The project is based on the transformation of the CDT of Torrevieja into a public open space where human and non-human coexist each other without injuring themselves. This JMTN new design tries to find a better paradigm for the future of the centre and the city.
To begin we did an analysis of the Cdt of Torrevieja and the Centre de Turisme to find what happens indoors and outdoors and how it has turned out the building into a new paradigm of study. In this phase 1 we talked about the supercycles of the city that were intimately related with the CDT. Aspects as: local economy, the lost of the local food, the increasing of foreign people, the salt industry, the lost of the Torrevieja’s ecosystem and the deficient recycle business has led Torrevieja into a disastrous situation. Under this knowledge I designed a complete building that would solve and answer these problematics and turned into a posthuman and ecological building for the residents and tourists of the zone. 64

Our goal in this subject was to recopillate all the information of an old and abandoned villa located in Sant Joan whose old use was a wine cellar. During this subject we redrew all the exsting plans and we made a big recopilation of all the damages and problems that the building was suffering. Once we detected all the problems we had tos solve them and propose a new use for the place. For this reason we propose a wine bar in the main floor and a luxury restaurant in the first floor.

During my business practices I learned how an architecture study work. They taught how to manage the different situations during the design process, how to respond to the different exigences and problematics and how to organise all the plans that require an execution project. One of my favourite designed projects was “Germaine di Capuccini office located in Barcelona. The office wanted a remodelation and redistribution of their office. During this project I designed under the supervision of my bosses in general lines the new redistribution and try to find the best location of every new use.

Our final project is abour Influenzoo a new brand where we try to find the clothing as the new architectural typology. During this course we hope to design a new experimental clothing line under some specific fields of study that are closely related to the posthumanistic theories.
This new design metodology is created under 4 main worlds: the non-human, the techonological, the digital one and the ecological. Moreover we try to ask ourselves how as architects we could find our design position between architecture and mode. We will show you more when we finish in July. And you could find more in instagram @influenzoo. 82
