Subsidiary objective(s): -The students will be able to identify vocabulary related to aquaculture and hotel & catering and comprehend a reading about Quinoa. Grammatical Contents/ Lexical Contents: - Vocabulary related to groundfish, pelagic fish, taking a reservation and kitchen utensils. Example: grater, booster chair, etc.

Description of Assessment of Main Objective: Informal Formative: The students complete the worksheet and answer the questions made by the teacher.

The students answer questions about vocabulary related to Verbal/ Linguistic kitchen utensils, taking a reservation, pelagic fish and groundfish characteristics.

Students receive a worksheet and understand the instructions Visual/ Spatial about how to complete the worksheet. First, they must read a Verbal/ Linguistic text about quinoa and answer some questions related to it. Then, they must match pictures with the correct words. After that, they must answer some questions about groundfish. Next, students must match words about pelagic fish, with their correct definition. When students finish a task, they show it to the teacher to have it check. The students check the answers with the teacher all together.
