Chassis system with high loading capacity CAMC dual driving axle is developed on the introduction of design and manufacture technology of vehicle axle products from Austria, Germany. It is dual-reduction driving axle with wheel reduction, and its main characteristics are heavy bearing capacity, wide series of speed ratio, good reduction performance. Its performance is in the lead of similar domestic products. It is used for the needs of troops, petroleum, mines, road transport, forestry sectors and field operations. At present, it is mainly equipped for more than 20 tons of tippers, tractors, military terrain vehicles and engineering vehicles. Impact reduction steering wheel
The whole vehicle applies super strong frame developed by CAMC independently, which is light, strong, stable, long-lasting, and adapts to various assembly. Flexible loading design keeps truck balanced even on rough road surface, fully demonstrating the robust capacity of chassis frame.
CAMC braking system provides new guarantee of transport security for large trucks Dual circuit fully pneumatic brake system is adopted to ensure re l i a b i l i t y a n d s a f e t y o f b r a k e system, improve braking stability, and increase service life: parallel dual cavity brake valve is provided for service brake to form mutually independent front and rear circuit systems, so that in case of failure of one circuit, the other circuit can ensure safety. On pneumatic elements, high quality and high performance relay v a l v e , q u i c k - re l e a s e v a l v e a n d trailer valve etc. (imported WABCO pneumatic elements can be selected) are used, ensuring excellent performance such as fast braking response and quick start.
Tractors apply APU air handling unit.
Further improve the reliability of the braking system. Trailer control valve with throttle and leading device (first trailer brake) increases the safety performance, and good pressure maintaining.
Brake applies cam leading and trailing shoe brake to improve braking efficiency. Front suspension Applying rectangle chip steel spring loading shock absorber, improving the stability and comfortableness of steering greatly
Geometry shape of braking cam is designed to a non-symmetric Archimedean spiral type and center of cam is designed over the linking line between the two rollers’ center, thus ensuring that the braking torques of leading and trailing shoes are equal when braking. When designing friction pieces of leading and trailing shoes, the area of friction pieces of leading shoe shall be larger than that of friction pieces of trailing shoe. In this way, it is possible that the wear degree of these friction pieces is consistent. Reduction of area of friction pieces of trailing shoe can increase pressure intensity on the trailing shoe, so that the forces exerted by the two friction pieces on brake drum are equal, ensuring even wear of braking disk.
Engine exhaust braking is designed to extend brake service life.
When running in hilly region or down a slope, this brake is safe and heat load on rim brake can be reduced. “Electrically controlled” pneumatic butterfly valve type exhaust brake is provided.
