A
ctive Minds was named as our official philanthropy and service partner in 2013. Active Minds "empowers students to change the perception about mental health on college campuses." Our Fraternity believes in their mission to speak openly about mental health in order to educate others and encourage help-seeking. We encourage our chapters and colonies to co-sponsor events with the Active Minds chapters on their respective campuses, and on campuses without Active Minds we encourage Tau Delta Phi chapters to develop programming that tackles
mental health issues on college campuses. Active Minds Programming Resources Active Minds programs are based on the latest research as well as input and expertise from students, the Active Minds Student Advisory Committee and the National Advisory Committee. This feedback helps ensure that Active Minds programs are innovative and relevant to our diverse audiences on campuses across the country. Chapters and colonies can find resources online to help develop innovative programming on their
campuses that help fight the stigma related to mental health among college students. Active Minds Awards In 2015, Tau Delta Phi Fraternity added three annual awards to recognize the outstanding work our brothers do for and with Active Minds on their campuses. ď€

T
he Gamma chapter at New York University was recently re-chartered at the 2014 Convention in Philadelphia. Led by Consul Daniel Brickman through the last year of colony development, the Gamma
chapter has begun to reestablish themselves as a fraternity of choice among the New York University students. Gamma alumni who would like to congratulate and reconnect with our newest Gamma brothers in person can contact the chapter at gamma@taudelt.net. They are very interested in reconnecting with local
alumni, either from the former Gamma chapters or fraters from other chapters who live locally in New York City. We look forward to seeing the great things that the newest Gamma chapter will develop and how they will serve our founding alma mater, New York University. Since 2012, we have also installed new chapters at Kutztown University in
Pennsylvania, Rowan University and Monmouth University in New Jersey. All three of the chapters were added as Enlightened Gentleman’s Program chapters, which focuses on a four-year membership development program. We are excited to complete our colony development at Jacksonville State University in Alabama and welcoming them to our Pyramid.

nitiation is a special day for all of our fraters. But after a couple of decades, we know that sometimes putting your hand on your Fraternity badge isn’t as easy as it was while in college. In order to help keep our Fraters up to date on their
jewelry and other Fraternity items, fraters can purchase Fraternity memorabilia and alumni items via our online webstore. Our replacement jewelry is made to order and takes up to 6-8 weeks for delivery, but we
know the immense pride that is felt when you’re able to replace a lost badge or sweetheart pin. We also have Fraternity Membership Directories available for purchase, to help find longlost brothers,
and new Fraternity affinity ties with the Fraternity crest printed on the inside panel. You can find the webstore at www.freewebstore.org/ taudeltaphistore.

Five Outcomes Shared Among Traditional, EGP Chapters
S
tarting in the 2012 Pyramid Leadership Institute, the Enlightened Gentlemen’s Program (EGP) was born as a project for the Executive Council of Tau Delta Phi. Later, the model was approved by the 2012 Grand Chapter. Since its adoption, the EGP has helped to spread a developmental model of personal and organizational improvement throughout Tau Delta Phi. Existing chapters can choose to adopt the model and all new and
emerging colonies are started by using the EGP. This developmental program has at its root student development and leadership theory. Our second version of the program ,which will create minor changes to the original model, will also include elements of Social Change Model. Our goal is to review the model in Summer 2015. Five Developmental Outcomes
congruence among all of our chapters regardless of member education programs, all chapters will demonstrate outcomes regarding the following objectives for all of their members. The following five objectives are consistent with the development of a Tau Delt man and are used as the basis for continuous development during the collegiate membership and for alumni involvement.

T
his is an exciting time for Tau Delta Phi. With the ongoing expansion of colonies throughout the East Coast and the South, Tau Delta Phi continues its proud tradition of providing undergraduates and graduates with strong brotherhood that dates back over 100 years.
Each year, alumni and undergraduates are a driving force in supporting the continued success and development of Tau Delta Phi through donations. Each dollar has helped fund scholarships, conferences, membership education, and expansion efforts. Tau Delta Phi depends on gifts from
businesses, alumni, family members, and friends to support the mission of the Fraternity. We have created several different donation levels for our members to consider, both one-time and recurring gifts. Visit our website, www.taudelt.net, to visit our Brothers for Life campaign
page, where you can learn how to donate gifts for the Fraternity. Your gift will be used to provide opportunities for leadership engagement, support conference travel for our undergraduate leaders and enable our Fraternity to continue growing across the US.
