MINEOLA - WOOD COUNTY MANHUNT CONTINUES
(MINEOLA) According to A Mineola Police Departmrent Press Release made available on social media,Monday May 25, 2020 at approximately 9:25pm, Mineola dispatch received a 911 call of a male and female leaving an apartment complex in the 1800 block of North Pacific Street. The caller ad-
vised that both subjects appeared to be intoxicated. The male and female then entered into a Lincoln Town car and exited the parking lot, south bound on North Pacific Street. Officers located the vehicle and a traffic stop was initiated in the 1200 block of North Johnson Street. The operator of
the vehicle exited the driver’s side door and immediately ran south, across Greenville Hwy and south on Johnson Street. Officers advised they would be in a foot pursuit. During the pursuit the actor discharged a weapon. A perimeter was set up and mutual aid was requested. Texas Department of Public Safety’s air unit was deployed along with the assistance of the Wood County Sheriff’s Office, Hawkins Police Department and the Wood County Constable's Office Pct.2. A track of the suspect was completed by K9 Juma. A warrant has been issued out of this department for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon Against a Public Servant. The suspect is a Tony Saucedo Ybarra W/M, 27 years of age. Subject is also wanted for a violation of parole aggravated robbery war-
rant, and for resisting arrest out of Wood County. The subject has ties to the Quitman, Lake Fork and Mineola area. The Investigation is ongoing at this time. This suspect is also consid-

The first store we went into made us wait in line. By the way, no mask was needed at that store. After gaining entrance, we were shocked at two things, there was little selection for the things we were looking for. Then wifey needed to go to the ladies room, but Oh No! there was no facility made available to the public<br>Wifey and I made a hasty retreat and searched for the ever evasive bathroom, next stop, a convenience store but still no public restroom. So we beat it to a big box store and lo and behold, you could use the restroom there and shop till your hearth’s content. We bought a few things there and made our retreat to the next store only to be told that You had to wait in line and had to have a mask to get into the stores we were interested in.<br>After, that we made a hasty retreat to a popular sporting goods store in South Tyler, where I was able to buy a pair of shoes and some replacement shoe
cessful stop we decided on having a delicious meal at a well -known buffet and we were full when we left there. As we walked out the door I noticed a popular electronics store and I told wifey I was going to walk off some calories by walking to the electronics big box store. I arrived at the store only to find that either with or without a mask you could not get in the door without an appointment.<br>So, wifey and I tried one more shoe store to see if I could find a nice pair of dress shoes. Although We had no problem accessing the store they didn’t have anything in my size.<br>Now let’s analyze this trip. First, I don’t mind lines if there is a good reason, but notice here that some stores made me stand in line and some insisted I have a mask, while most didn’t care what I was wearing, I could have been stark raving naked for all they knew. Now, remember this is all under one municipality. This all happened in one city.<br>Now, I could understand it a lot better if there was more than one city involved. But, it was like traveling in the book of Alice in Wonderland. Nothing made any sense. and I still am
some of it. As far as the bathroom usage, my dear sister figured it out. The bigger box store has enough money to keep a clean and sanitary restroom. Well maybe. I don’t know.<br>There is no logical explanation for the inconsistencies in how this so-called pandemic was handled from the get-go, Both parties in the Federal Government have mishandled this fiasco from day one and it’s time for all of them to get their act together. Dear Frank, It’s tough enough losing a close friend without having to worry about a grown son with money issues. I’m sorry you’re going through all this. To be honest, I don’t like the idea of just handing him money when you already know he’s impulsive. I learned a long time ago that handing money to someone who’s financially irresponsible is not a good idea. Lots of

You need to ask yourself if giving this young man a bunch of cash would really, truly help him. More than likely, the answer is no. You obviously love this kid, and you’ve got a generous heart. But under the circumstances, it might be a good idea to attach a few strings to any cash. Don’t make him jump through a bunch of hoops for no reason, though. I’m talking about teachable moment-type things that will help train and educate him to handle his finances in a more responsible and productive way. There are lots of paths you could take. You might require that he start living on a written, monthly budget, that the two of you go over together for the first few months. Sitting down with a good financial coach—one with the heart of a teacher—is something you might consider throwing out there, as well. In my mind, this approach is fair to everyone involved. It allows you to help him help himself, instead of just handing him something that may
