Marketing Audit
Over the years the Parker Pen Company has had a total of three different logos. The original logo is located on top is a Slab Serif face which was popular when the company was founded up until the 1930s. During the 30s they switched to a sans-serif logo (Second from the top) that remained with the company until 2000, when they switched the contemporary logo which has two different variants (Bottom Two). The Parker Pen Company has had many different tag lines throughout its history so I am only going to mention a few. “Build a Better Pen” has been used throughout Parker’s history. When the Lucky Curve was invented it became “Parker Pens won’t leak and embarrass you” for some time. The tag line they are using now is simply “125 years” which reflects that 2013 was their 125th anniversary.
