In this project, I analyse and learn how the architect Louis Kahn conduct his design in this house. He has an clear idea of A B A spacial arrangement in the house. The clearance between serve or served space in the house.
Project 4 Ground control: engaging the compositional relationsip between figure and field
The Aim of this project is to create a clear communication of desgin stretegies. Formal Order, Spatial Volume, Sequence. So I decided formal order as my main role of my design for the house.
Three study model inspire by Esherick house.
Last rough idea before the final model. Which expressed a strong ideal idea of formal order and a little spatial volume according to the strategies.
Yellow and Green played a great role in highlightting up the dark shades. These two colors also establish the central idea of formal order of ABA service (A) and served (B) functionality of a building
