João is a recently married Data Analyst and dog dad living in New York City. He fell in love with Harry Styles’ music through his wife - a super fan who works for a streaming platform. He is an avid music lover, that follows the music and culture over a single artist. He hopes to learn more about Harry’s creative process and getting affiliated with the fanbase (semi-forced by his wife).

Anika is a recent graduate from the University of Miami where she got her BFA in Advertising. She moved to Portland with her plants and continued the “Harry Styles Tribe” she started in middle school. She has been a Harry fan since One Direction and has followed his career lovelingly since. She hopes to get special sneak peeks into his new music and hopefully get some great deals on merch and concert tickets.

Want to order an album easily, with no added shipping and details go through.

PROJECT SUMMARY

We’re creating a new app to help people keep up with their favorite artist’s new al-

bum and buy it. The app also allows the user to get special “treats” as the day of the release gets closer. Tour tickets can also be bought. We need to find out the main user experience, finding and buying the album and navigating through the app. We’d also like to understand the specific challenges that users might face in the searching, scheduling, reserving and sharing processes.

Harry Styles’ fans want to feel close and connected with the singer by being able to preorder the album and merch.

THE GOAL

Make the process of getting an album and merch easier - from artist to fan.

The initial concept, is to create an app that connects fans to Harry Styles through the preorder. So, the logo and personalized story of the album is something that is present in every aspect of the app.

Passionate about the environment and animals. She is trying to teach Devi (her daughter) about the impact we - humans - have on the environment. She also wants to know that she did everything in her power to try and leave the planet in a better state for her daughter.

Quincy is an aspiring journalist with a deep interest for global warming and its impact on animal and fauna extinction. In the future he wants a career in journalism that allows him to travel the world and report on the ecosystem. He also wants to take an active stance on changing the world, little by little.

PROJECT SUMMARY

The app and responsive website creates a space that allows users to keep up with current events on the endangered species (black rhinos in Africa), along with an easy way to navigate donations.

There is a feature to “adopt” a rhino, which creates a personalized experience with the app and website.
