HOME AND GARDEN: BITE ME! Crustless Pot Pie

Depending on whether you use two or three cans of soup, this can come out with a thicker gravy or can come out more souplike, it is a completely flexible recipe. If prepared more souplike, biscuits or dinner rolls make a wonderful side. One of the things I love about this recipe is that the chicken breasts can be purchased when on sale, frozen, and when ready to make this dish, no defrosting is necessary! This is a meal that all ingredients can be easily stored, takes minutes to throw together, and you can work on other things while it cooks.
