The gresbook is the catalogue which 14oraitaliana has dedicated to the whole porcelain stoneware collection. Its products are characterized by originality and use. Sistema di produzione MaterialCoral è il prodotto rivoluzionario di 14oraitaliana. Realizzato completamante in unica massa, segue un processo innovativo di produzione che lo rende un prodotto “tecnico”. Grazie alla distribuzione per caduta di molteplici strati di polvere ceramica, micronizzata, di diverso colore e spessore, la materia assume effetti strutturali sia in massa che in superficie. Al fine di bloccare il risultato ottenuto per stratificazione delle polveri, si passa alla fase di pre-compattatura e successivamente al taglio, a secco, delle lastre nelle diverse dimensioni. Il pezzo viene poi inserito nello stampo di una pressa ad alto tonnellaggio, per poi passare alla fase di cottura. L’intero processo è a “secco”, ossia senza utilizzo d’acqua, garantendo un minore impatto ambientale e spreco.
Production system Materialcoral is the revolutionary product of 14oraitaliana. It is realized in an unique bulk which follows an innovative production process, making of it a “technique “ product. Thanks to the many micronized ceramic powder layers, of different colours and thickness distributed by fall, the material assumes in mass and in surface a structural effect. The pre-compacting phase and the consequent slabs dry cut into different sizes are carried out in order to fix the result by the powder stratification. Later on the single tile is inserted in an high-tonnage press mould and cooked. All this work is made with a dry process, that means that it doesn’t use water, to guarantee an inferior impact on the environment and a less resources’ waste as well.
