A word from Jason Jaeger ... I would like a dollar for every time I get asked "What’s the market doing?" or "How's the market?". However, I do see this as a positive, and believe if people stopped asking and talking about Real Estate I would be out of a job… My belief is that if you look at the current Real Estate climate as a whole, it is very hard to give you an answer on what’s around the corner. You should focus on your own personal circumstance and forget about the big picture as it is out of your control. Make sure your home is attractive to buyers - presentation is critical, as is choosing the right agent and the right method of sale that best suits you.
