...how you use it determines how much it will cost. 2

Let us work out a bill for you... The ďŹ gures in this brochure will give you an idea of what you can expect. But remember, your bill will depend on the type of appliances you have and how much you use them. The appliances shown in this brochure, are the average sizes used. Here are some tips to save you money. FOR YOUR FRIDGE 4 Make sure the rubber seals are good, so that air is not escaping 4 Don’t open the fridge door and let out all the cool air, while you decide what to eat FOR YOUR AIR CONDITIONER 4 As soon as the room gets cool enough, turn it off, and turn on the fan instead 4 Make sure all windows and doors are closed when the AC unit is on 4 Keep the air filter clean 4 Use your AC unit less often. It uses a lot of current. FOR YOUR STOVE 4 Change if you can, to a gas stove 4 If you still use an electric stove, make sure the pot is the right size for the burner 4 Turn off the stove 10 minutes before the food is cooked. The hot stove will continue to cook the food. FOR YOUR IRON 4 Do not iron everyday. Save up all your ironing for one day. 4 Do not chat on your phone while you iron. You will take longer and use more electricity. Do you want some more tips? Visit our website at www.jpsco.com July 2018
