T E RM S A N D C ON D IT ION S b ittersweet beau photo + des ign all information in this proposal is subject to the following terms and conditions: DES IG N + B R A N DI N G T ER M S & C ONDI T I ONS PROPOS A L the terms of this agreement expire 30 days after being submitted to client. if this agreement expires, designer/photographer may modify the agreement and resubmit it to client. COMPENSATION client agrees to pay bittersweet beau the fees listed in the project proposal, including all taxes. client will pay designer/photographer expenses, including but not limited to: (a) incidental and out-of-pocket expenses at cost plus standard markup of 10%; (b) mileage reimbursement, outside of 30 miles from 40508, at 0.52 per mile; (c) travel expenses, other than normal commuting, but including airfare and rental vehicles with client approval. pricing in the project proposal includes only designer/photographer fees. any other costs, such as hosting, art licensing or photography will be billed to the client. PAYMENT a deposit of one half the entire estimate is due upfront and before any work will begin. final payment is due at time of session or when all design work is completed, but before any final files are sent to client. if the client or designer/photographer decides to end this agreement, designer/photographer retains the deposit for time spent on research and design. LATE PAYMENT a monthly service fee of 1.5%, or the maximum allowed by law, is payable on all overdue balances. all grants of any license to use or transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights under this agreement are conditioned to full payment, including all outstanding additional costs, expenses, fees, or any charges. EVALUATION + ACCEPTANCE client shall, within 10 business days after receiving each deliverable, notify designer in writing of any failure to comply with the specification of the project proposal or of any objections, corrections, or changes required. designer shall, within 10 business days of receiving clients notification, correct and submit a revised deliverable to client. client shall, within 15 business days of receiving revised deliverable, either approve the corbittersweet beau photo + design // hello@bittersweetbeau.com // bittersweetbeau.com
