On 01 April Jus Sanguinis was invited to attend a meeting with Netherlands Embassy Officials: Mr Peter Mollema, Deputy Head of Mission; Mr Paul Mauritz, Consul; and Mr. Wouter Jurgens, Head of Political Affairs; in response to Jus Sanguinis 30 March 2011 letter to Min. of Foreign Affairs Rosenthal: RE: Circumstances and Legal Arguments of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Incomplete Response to Jus Sanguinis Petition Arguments: Request Full Written Reasons clarifying the alleged errors of fact or of law made in the Jus Sanguinis Petition and Briefing Paper submitted to Netherlands Government: On 05 and 06 December 2010, the African White Refugees Jus Sanguinis Petition and Briefing Paper was submitted to various Dutch Political, Refugee, Population and Energy Experts; via the Dutch Embassy in Pretoria1. From 07 to 16 December the Petition was submitted to similar Political, Refugee, Population and Energy experts from other Jus Sanguinis Progenitor nations of France2, Germany3, United Kingdom4 and Switzerland5; and finally to NATO Military Committee6 Officials. On 21 December 2010, the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs legal department responded7 by totally ignoring the TRC Fraud, Population Policy, Peak Oil, etc, etc. issues and arguments raised in the Petition and Briefing Paper, and focussing his response solely on: - with regard to the claim of refugees status, the following applies: as you are now in your own country, you cannot be considered a refugee under the Geneva Refugee Convention or under the Dutch Asylum Act. If you are outside your own country you can ask the authorities of the country in which you are now, or UNHCR/UNDP, for protection. - with regard to the application for citizenship of the Netherlands I would like to inform you that under the Dutch Nationality Law it is possible in certain cases to regain Dutch citizenship. (http://southafrica.nlembassy.org/Products_and_Services/Consular_services/Dutch_National ity) As another legal observer noted: The downside of following that suggestion of him (and I think, that is precisely why he suggested it in the first place) is the fact that the whole issue would be rerouted along personal lines – “Mr. A” or “Mrs. B” applies to regain Dutch citizenship as individuals and, whether any one such application might be granted or refused, the whole issue remains side-tracked into stacks of individual cases. In contrast to such a situation, I believe we need to make them realise that we are dealing here with the fate of a whole people – more specifically, as far as the current Dutch Government is concerned - a people that finds itself in Southern Africa for centuries now due to Dutch decision-making and Dutch political behaviour – the fact that we are talking here of past political behaviour does not get them “off the hook” in my mind. (If current governments are not responsible for the behaviour of their predecessors and have got nothing to do with it, the current German government should not pay the Jews for Hitler’s policy; to cite but one example). Thus I think the Dutch must not continue to be able, as they had done all along, to shrug their shoulders and say “…well we put you here as farmers, medical personnel and administrators who had to serve many of our needs while we made piles of money in the East - now that you served your purpose, we are done with you; we implore you to accept Black majority rule – and, by implication, also the consequences that go along with it: unspeakable hardship of murder, robbery, rape, theft, corruption, maladministration and suppression of the very culture you inherited from us”. Therefore, I think, the Dutch (especially) owe us moral and political support to regain selfgovernment…maybe they must be told exactly that? On 11 March 2011 the amended petition and updated briefing paper (Wake Up Whitey!: African White Refugee Canaries in the International Ethno-Cultural Geopolitical Coalmine, added to hardcopy petition) was re-submitted to the Dutch Government, this time for the attention of Prime Minister Mark Rutte. On 29 March 2011, Mr. Wouter Jurgens, Head of Political Section, Royal Netherlands Embassy Pretoria provided the 21 December 2010 response of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs legal department, who once again totally ignored the TRC Fraud, Population Policy, Peak Oil, etc, etc. issues and arguments raised in the Petition and Briefing Paper.

On March 31 the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, directed the Embassy to request a meeting to clarify the issues: Thank you for your email of 30 March 2011 in which you ask for further clarifications with regard to your petition. The embassy would like to invite you for a meeting with Mr Peter Mollema, deputy Head of Mission, Mr Paul Mauritz, consul, and myself to clarify the issues that you raise. I think it will provide us all with the opportunity to have a frank discussion on the issues. I would like to ask you to contact us with a date that is suitable for you.

On 01 April Jus Sanguinis accepted the Ministry of Foreign Affairs invitation to meet with Embassy Officials to ‘clarify the issues’ raised in the Jus Sanguinis Petition, requesting permission to bring along in person and via skype relevant ‘experts’ on issues argued in the Petition: Thank you for your invitation to attend a meeting with Mr. Mollema, Mauritz and yourself, to clarify the issues raised in the petition. I accept your invitation, with thanks. My suggestion to "clarify the issues" is as follows: I would like to contact a few experts on the issues raised in the petition, and enquire whether they would be willing to accompany me to your meeting, to provide you with a brief (2-4 minute) executive summary of their relevant expertise and evidence; and to answer any questions you may have. In particular I would like to invite: * Mr. Paul Kruger, the Chairman of the Volksraad Verkiesing Kommissie (VVK) (www.vvk.co.za), as an expert on the VVK and its goals. * General Constand Viljoen, signatoree for the Freedom Front, to the 23 April 1994 Accord on Afrikaner Self-Determination, with the National Party and ANC (General Viljoen was also a signatoree to: (i) Complaints to Public Protector of TRC Handling of SADF; (ii) Assessment of the Probable Results of Activities of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) as perceived by Former Chiefs of the SADF IRO the SADF; as detailed in [C][5] Was Truth and Reconciliation Seen to be Done, by the Ubuntu Black Liberation Theology Truth Commission?) * General Johan van der Merwe, a former Commissioner of the South African Police Force and the Commanding Officer of the Security Branch of the SA Police Force from 01 January 1986 to August 1988, who was actively engaged in the conflict of the past and the TRC-proceedings; who also has first hand knowledge about the unjust denial of amnesty to Eugene de Kock (Author of: The Conflict of the Past: A Factual Review; as detailed in: [C][5] Was Truth and Reconciliation Seen to be Done, by the Ubuntu Black Liberation Theology Truth Commission?) * Marius Coertze, Attorney for Clive Derby Lewis and Janusz Walus, with first hand knowledge about the unjust denial of amnesty to Derby Lewis and Walus for their undeniable political crime, while pseudo-political necklace murderers were given blanket amnesty in the dozens. * Dr. Gedaliah Braun, an American who from 1976 to 1988 taught philosophy at universities in Nigeria, Kenya and Papua New Guinea, since which time he has lived in South Africa. The goal of which is to collect the names and details of all Afrikaners murdered since 1 January 1994, to ensure that the volk do not forget. * An expert on the Population Policy motivations for establishing apartheid; including a friction theory consequences on multi-culti communities of Peak Oil expert. I do not know if these individuals shall be available, so need to contact them to determine their interest and availability. [..] I also need to know whether the aforementioned suggestion/idea to request these experts to attend and present a very brief synopsis of their expertise, is suitable to your intentions to "clarify the issues". I imagine so, but if not; please feel free to correct my incorrect assumption. I shall contact aforementioned and relevant experts over the weekend, and provide you with an updated response to your invitation, regarding their availability and interest by 08 April.

On 08 April Jus Sanguinis provided the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the promised update, in the form of two PDF documents: (A) The Invitation to Experts; and (B) Transparency Notification to SA Government: Request for Information. Jus Sanguinis also enquired whether the Embassy had the technological capability to do Skype video conferencing, and to confirm that the expert witness testimony from international experts was politically approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: (1) Jus Sanguinis Petition Invitation to Experts: 11-04-05: Tribute to Pastor James Manning, Call me Uncle Tom Ruckus Please Sir; Call to Arms for White People of Truth: (PDF8) It includes a brief bio, what they are requested to give their 5 minute presentation on; whether they have accepted their invitation. (2) An Honourable Transparency Letter to SA Political etc Officials: 11-04-06: Transparency Update: (I) Notice of Meeting Scheduled with Netherlands Embassy Officials; (II) Request for Information from ANC &/or Anti-Apartheid Officials: Prior to the ANC’s M-Plan declaration of War against Apartheid; Did the ANC at any time launch a non-violent cultural and political campaign to stop their African ‘swart gevaar’ breeding-war population explosion, to demonstrate their honourable Just War Just Cause Intentions? (PDF9) The letter is self-explanatory. It is simply an honourable transparency notification to SA Political Officials. In my culture -- Radical Honesty -- it is very important for us to act honourably, and transparently; to not act behind our opponents or enemies backs.

[B] Suspension of Jus Sanguinis Expert Witness Hearing Meeting with Pretoria Embassy Officials; pending Ministry of Foreign Affairs decision to either (A) provide their Jus Sanguinis Dutch Settler descendants with Full Written Reasons clarifying the alleged errors of fact or of law made in the Jus Sanguinis Petition and Briefing Paper submitted to Netherlands Government; or (B) recommending that a National or European Union Parliamentary Hearing be held to hear the available International and South African Expert Witness testimony, to determine (a) the factual and legal accuracy and if so seriousness of the issues raised in the Jus Sanguinis petition; and (b) consider all relevant options for resolving the issues; such as for example amending Dutch (i) Foreign Policy laws by politically endorsing a Boer Volkstaat in South Africa; and/or (ii) Nationality laws by enacting Jus Sanguinis Right-of-Return legislation for their African White Refugee ‘settlers’ descendants, to return to their progenitors motherland. On 11 April, Mr. Jurgens (Head of Political Affairs) telephoned me to discuss the meeting. My brief interpretation of the discussion and agreement upon which the Embassy meeting was suspended: The Experts witness testimony meeting with Dutch Embassy is temporarily suspended, to arrange for the experts witness testimony to occur in a hearing before the Dutch or – if more appropriate - European Union Parliament. Embassy: Embassy Officials are only mandated to implement existing Ministry of Foreign Affairs Nationality Laws; not to consider expert witness testimony advocating on behalf of changes in such existing Nationality laws. The Jus Sanguinis experts testimony should not be made to Embassy Officials, but to Parliament: It is pointless the experts testify to Embassy Officials, they are not the final decision makers on altering Nationality law legislation. Jus Sanguinis: It is true that Embassy Officials are not the final decision makers on altering Nationality law legislation; but Embassy officials do represent the Dutch Gov. in SA; and are as such the appropriate agency to convey messages to the Dutch Gov. The Jus Sanguinis Petitioners wish the Embassy to notify the Dutch Government of the Jus Sanguinis Petition Message arguing in support of the Netherlands Government (i) amending their Foreign Policy laws by politically endorsing a Boer Volkstaat; and/or (ii) Amending their Nationality laws by enacting Jus Sanguinis Right-of-Return legislation for their African White Refugee ‘settlers’ descendants who do not wish to live in a Volkstaat, to return to their progenitors motherland. If Embassy officials cannot prove any of the Jus Sanguinis arguments to be factually or legally incorrect; they must submit the message to the relevant Ministry of Foreign Affairs officials and demand they prove the arguments factually or legally incorrect, if they wish to refuse to act upon the petition arguments. If the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Officials cannot prove any of the Jus Sanguinis Arguments to be factually or legally incorrect or are unsure and consider an enquiry necessary; they must 9
