Futilitarian Contract Interest of Amici Curiae The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice there is little we can do to change until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds.5 First Amici, Lara Johnstone is a Futilitarian, a member of the Radical Hon(our)sty (Radical Honesty Bushido Dischordian6) Tribe. The Radical Honesty – Futilitarian -culture/religion was founded by Dr. Brad Blanton, and is founded upon the psychological and philosophical principles enunciated in his books Radical Honesty and Practicing Radical Honesty, also known as the Truth and Forgiveness, or Futilitarian Social Contract7. Dr. Blanton has a Ph.D degree in Psychology and has been a clinical psychologist in Washington DC for 25 years. He is the author of numerous Radical Honesty books, all dedicated to promoting honesty in the world. He was the ‘Honesty in Politics’ Candidate for Congress of the United States from Virginia in 2004 and 2006, and is the Pope of the Radical Honesty Futilitarian Church. Radical Honesty is a powerful creative process by which people make corrections in their minds distorted and partly conscious map of the world. We believe getting over being mad, or finding the capacity for sincere forgiveness, is absolutely necessary for both individual personal growth and cultural change. We think that by sharing secret memories, thoughts, and models – by putting into the public domain among friends what had been hidden and defended—we have a chance to break free of the paradigm of limiting beliefs that we developed in the past. These are the racial, cultural, religious or political beliefs to which we have been emotionally attached; the ones our minds defend as though our beliefs are our identity, and hence we ourselves are threatened. Central to the practice of transcending our attachment to our beliefs, as the essence of our identity, is the process of getting mad and getting over being mad. Our goal is to escape from the jail of alienation our minds create, and get grounded in our experience, so we can get our minds back, not as defence mechanisms to defend our ego, but as a fantastic instrument for creating! Petition for Declaratory Order; Alternatively an Advisory Opinion: Petition to Constitutional Court for a Declaratory Order, alternatively an Advisory Opinion, with Respect to Common Sense Interpretation of ‘TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION (TRC) SOCIAL CONTRACT’ more specifically: 

The Promotion of National Unity and Reconciliation Act Act 34 of 1995 (subsequently referred to as the “TRC Act”), and



The Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Act 200 of 1993 (“Interim Constitution”), and



Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, Act 108 of 1996 (“Constitution”);

all collectively herein after referred to as ‘TRC SOCIAL CONTRACT’. The name of the TRC SOCIAL CONTRACT, or the Acts that founded it, imply that ‘truth’ and ‘forgiveness’ are the highest goals upon which the social contract are founded. Hence that implies that acting in accordance of such goals, is acting in accordance with the highest goals of the social contract. To act on behalf of truth, and to act on behalf of forgiveness and reconciliation would be to embody the spirit of the social contract, in your words and actions; in your total being. It would be to make the social contract alive in the relationships of citizens; to create meaning to the words, in the minds and hearts of men. Abbreviated First Amici’s argument can be narrowed down to the ‘TRC was a fraudulent PR publicity stunt’; based on primarily the following two socio-pol-legal arguments: [A] Only a sincere and serious specific, clear and unambiguous Truth and Forgiveness Social Contract10, unequivocally understood and practiced by the common man can ever contribute to sincere and serious reconciliation and the reconstruction of any violent and conflict ridden society; and [B] any legislation or jurisprudence which professes to advocate on behalf of human rights, peace and social justice, while ignoring their ecological basis – a stable human population at slightly less than the eco-systems carrying capacity – is endorsing and practicing legal dishonesty and hypocrisy; i.e. fraud. It is legislation and jurisprudence that is deliberately indifferent to the laws of sustainability.11

Petitioner submits that South African politicians, academics, magistrates, judges, lawyers, editors, etc; with whom the Amici has corresponded and/or related to:

Did not interpret the TRC SOCIAL CONTRACT as a document sincerely and seriously motivated to the co-creation of a society based on Truth12 and Forgiveness13; and/or;

II.

Did not interpret the TRC SOCIAL CONTRACT as documents sincerely and seriously motivated to the co-creation of a society based on Radical Honesty Truth14 and Forgiveness15; or even incorporating Radical Honesty Truth and Forgiveness as one of SA’s Rainbow perspectives to Truth and Forgiveness; and/or;

III.

Were perhaps personally motivated to co-create either (a) a society based on pretend Truth and Forgiveness; or (b) a society based on a, or a few of their particular, politically correct interpretations of Truth and Forgiveness, none of which included Radical Honesty definitions or perspectives to Truth and Forgiveness; WRITTEN REASONS FOR PETITION:

When you play fair (honest truth and sincere forgiveness) in a rigged game of lawyers who pretend truth and pretend forgiveness; it doesn't matter how sincere your truth or forgiveness, or even what your definitions are for the words you use, how you create meaning from the words you use, or what you meant by what you said. In some of the rigged courts the First Amici has appeared in, neither her motives, defence, or her statements mattered to Lawyers, the Prosecutor or Magistrate. They were irrelevant. First Amici was speaking Radical Honesty Truth and Forgiveness English; and they were speaking Lies, Deception and Revenge English; and refused to acknowledge that Radical Honesty Truth and Forgiveness English even existed; or was even worthy of anything resembling an impartial enquiry. It did not matter if there were twenty different definitions for a particular word used by the First Amici, they knew which one the Amici meant, without so much as asking one question. One Forensic Psychologist even told the First Amici that she only needed to spend ten minutes with First Amici, because she could read minds, and did not need to make a comprehensive enquiry into First Amici’s psyche. After ten minutes of reading First Amici’s mind, she could provide the court with a thorough report about First Amici.

There is (1) what occurs or occurred, (2) the story about what occurred, and (3) the meaning made out of the story of what occurred. Stories and Meanings are prone to many different interpretations; hence many stories and meanings create a rainbow of stories and meanings. The factual truth will be what occurred at the event that can be ascertained as absolute or beyond reasonable doubt fact. 15 Radical Honesty Methodology of Sincere Sensate Forgiveness is as follows: The process of forgiveness involves the following six minimal requirements, none of which may be skipped. 1. You have to tell the truth about the specific behavior you resent, to the person, face-to-face; 2. You have to be verbally and vocally unrestrained with regard to volume and propriety; 3. You have to pay attention to the feelings and sensations in your body and to the other person as you speak; 4. You have to express any appreciations for the person that come up in the process, with the same attention to your feelings and to the other person as when you are expressing resentments; 5. You have to stay with any feelings that emerge in the process, like tears or laughter, regardless of any evaluations you may have about how it makes you look; and let the tears or laughter or pain or anger not be interrupted by your mind until they go naturally to completion; 6. You have to stay with the discussion until you no longer feel resentful of the other person.

In eight years of passing through the South African Justice system, First Amici has not met one lawyer who was willing to represent her to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Every lawyer required her to lie, which she refused to do. Nor has she met one lawyer whose participation in the Justice system is about a commitment to truth, whatever the truth may be, and sincere forgiveness; and a win-win resolution for both parties. One Legal Aid lawyer found First Amici’s commitment to truth telling and sincere forgiveness so strange he attempted to have the First Amici institutionalized and certified. When the First Amici requested that he inform the court about the psychological theories he based his allegations of insanity on, he refused. Another prosecutor who tried to have the First Amici institutionalized did not even know what a Forensic Psychologist was, let alone could she provide the definition for insanity she was relying upon to justify why First Amici needed to be deprived of her liberty by indefinite institutionalisation. Succinctly First Amici’s experience in Magistrates and High Courts, with legislators and media officials has been that to the South African Truth and Social Contract Political, Academic, Legislative elite, the Truth and Reconciliation Social Contract, is not about sincere Truth and sincere Forgiveness, its about two-faced pretend truth and fake forgiveness, i.e. sycophancy (hence it is about a pretend Truth and Reconciliation Social Contract, to deceive village idiot moron imbecile proles committed to sincere forgiveness, like the First Amici). It has become clear to the First Amici, that those who practice pretend truth and pretend fake sycophancy forgiveness, for whom the social contract is a PRETEND TRUTH AND FORGIVENESS contract, i.e. a LIES, DECEPTION AND REVENGE contract, consider themselves to be intellectually, academically, legally, politically and spiritually superior to the First Amici. If being a hypocrit is to be a superior human being, then the First Amici undoubtedly agrees, they are indeed superior, very very superior. In Fact, to be truly honest, they are Two Faced Hypocrit and Sycophant Supermen and Women. The Amici sincerely congratulates them on achieving their Hypocrity and Sycophant Superiority. The Amici loves truth and sincere forgiveness enough to make herself a fool therefor. If loving truth and sincere forgiveness is to be an inferior village idiot imbecile; then the First Amici wears the badge of sincere Truth and Reconciliation village idiot imbecility proudly. The First Amici may be the village idiot imbecile, when it comes to Truth and Forgiveness, but if it is true that repeating the same mistake is insanity, expecting a different result; then First Amici is not quite yet insane. The First Amici has not changed her intentions to live a life dedicated to telling her truth and to sincere forgiveness, but she no longer naively believes that individuals in the South African Truth and Reconciliation Social Contract Justice system care about principles of due process, to make impartial enquiries into First Amici’s motives, to determine whether First Amici action’s are motivated by a Mens Rea Intention to tell the truth, with a commitment to sincere forgiveness. First Amici does not wish to assume that what has been true for Magistrates Court, Politicians, Editors, and Academics, is true for Constitutional Court Judges; because that would be very unfair; hence this Petition for a Declaratory Order/Advisory Opinion.

And if all South Africans wish to live in a country committed to a Pretend Truth and Forgiveness Social Contract; that refuses to acknowledge that Radical Honesty Truth and Forgiveness even exists, or is worthy of anything resembling an impartial enquiry; then First Amici acknowledges their right to make such a choice. If there is nobody in the entire South African Government, or legal establishment, who has any objections that their alleged Truth and Reconciliation Social Contract multicultural constitution does not recognize the culture of “Radical Honesty”; focussed on Truth and Sincere Forgiveness; then that is reality. I would prefer it not to be reality, but if it is, then that is a truth that I need to confront and accept. If so, then the TRC SOCIAL CONTRACT is for all intents and purposes null and void to my cultural practices of honesty and sincere forgiveness, which would explain why for eight years, I have not been able to get any justice in any South African court. One cannot expect to follow the recipe for roadkill stew and produce a crème brulee. I cannot expect to follow the recipe for fake and pretend intellectual forgiveness, and produce sincere sensate forgiveness. I acknowledge others prefer to follow the recipe for fake and pretend intellectual forgiveness and pretend they are confused about why their forgiveness is fake. I am not confused, about which recipe to follow for sincere forgiveness. Dr. Blanton considered the South African Governments aforementioned behaviour towards the harmless non-violent First Amici village idiot to be that of legal and political persecution. Many, many South African politicians and editors however were incapable of overcoming their sense of humour failure to object to First Amici’s legal persecution and prosecution. They would much rather object to illegal arrests of murderers and rapists. It is consequently a distinct possibility that the Applicants, the Respondent, Second and Third Amici, and their lawyers: IV.

May also NOT interpret the TRC SOCIAL CONTRACT as a document sincerely and seriously motivated to the co-creation of a society based on the average reasonable definition of Truth16 and Forgiveness17; and/or;

Will not interpret the TRC SOCIAL CONTRACT as documents sincerely and serious motivated to the co-creation of a society based on Radical Honesty Truth18 and Forgiveness19; or even incorporating Radical Honesty Truth and Forgiveness as one of other Rainbow perspectives to Truth and Forgiveness; and/or;

Relief Requested: I.

Should no parties issue a ‘Petition for Declaratory Order, Approved’ RSVP, the First Amici shall honourably accept their decision, and the matter may proceed before the Justices, without First Amici’s Radical Hon(our)sty perspective’s on the issue; as per the parties decision-making agreement;

II.

First Amici sincerely appreciates the opportunity provided by the Chief Justice to submit an Amicus in this matter; however explaining sincere Radical Honesty Sensate Forgiveness to someone who has never experienced it, is like explaining a MultiOrgasm Intimacy experience to Sense of Humour Failure frigid virgins, with trigger finger authority to institute revengeful illegal arrests ; hence my Invitation to all parties; for their unequivocal consent.

III.

However Radical Honesty is not something anyone should do, it wont’ work if its done out of a sense of obligation; it must be a conscious preference.

IV.

If no parties accept their invitations, to issue a Declaratory Order, the Justices may act as they see fit, by issuing a Declaratory Order, Advisory Opinion or no action whatsoever.

It would be pointless and extremely disrupting for the court, and all parties, for me to insist on proceeding with attempting to explain sensate Radical Honesty Forgiveness; if none of the parties want to consider the Radical Honesty perspective to Forgiveness and related TRC SOCIAL CONTRACT issues, in their matter.

I herewith submit this invitation (and guarantee – point 8) to the Applicants, Respondent, the other Amici and all their lawyers, to ALL suspend these court proceedings and attend an eight day Radical Honesty Course in Honesty and Forgiveness with Brad Blanton; to (a) learn skills to express your anger, (b) experience sincere sensate existential forgiveness, Radical Ubuntu; and (c) co-create a Truth and Forgiveness Social Contract for South Africa; 2. Younger) and Kerry Thornley (Omar Khayyam Ravenhurst). It was originally published under the title "Principia Discordia or How The West Was Lost" in a limited edition of 5 copies in 1965. "The Principles of Strife", deviates from correct Latin which would read Principia Discordiæ. The Principia describes the Discordian Society and its Goddess Eris, as well as the basics of the POEE denomination of Discordianism. It features typewritten and handwritten text intermixed with clip art, stamps, and seals appropriated from other sources, possibly in violation of copyright laws. While the Principia is full of literal contradictions and unusual humor, it contains several passages which propose that there is serious intent behind the work, for example a message scrawled on page 00075: "If you think the PRINCIPIA is just a ha-ha, then go read it again." Notable symbols in the book include the Apple of Discord, the pentagon, and the "Sacred Chao".
