Remembering the spirits of Denishawn House
Come dance in this pink house, dance straight past the door. dance loudly through the hallway, dance softly Ęťcross the floors. come dance in this old house, a house built in awe, by dancers before us, who can't anymore. they danced through pink mornings and up on blue nights, they moved through their pain, past sorrow and fright. they danced in their bodies, they jumped with their hearts, in a world full of movement, they danced for their life. Yusselah Gordon
Yusselah is my pen name My parents called me this, which means Joseph in Yiddish.
