My daughter Jenny has a chromosomal anamoly which is hard to pronounce. After 26 years, it still freezes on my tongue. Because of Incontinentia Pigmenti (IP), her entire central nervous system is compromised. She draws with minimal dexterity, but that's just the tip of her genetic iceberg. Still, she loves to draw. And for 23 years we have been drawing together. She with her wobbly hand and poor vision, and me with my steady hand and good vision. Together, we are wobbly and steady, but can often draw long and happily over our different lines to come to that common place of pleasure on the shakiest branch of our little family tree.
