Seafood Trip at 6’blings hen I heard of Gensan They served me the following W dishes, the first thing that dishes: Seafood Thermidore, came to my mind was Tuna. Stuffed Squid, Mixed Seafood, But Tuna isn’t a dish, it’s a fish! They say Gensan is known for grilled food, kinilaw and sinuglaw but other parts of the Philippines are also known for that. So what is it that makes a Gensan dish unique? I went to 6’blings Lechonan and Seafood Restaurant where they make Gensan specialties.
Pork BBQ and Dayana. Seafood Thermidore - a mixed seafood dish (shrimps, white marlin, mussels and squid) in butter and milk sauce. The taste reminded me of seafood ala king or seafood carbonara. It would make a great pasta to page 2 & 5 dish. The
