Homerider “ACTION SPORT at home”

At the time he was looking for an affordable balance trainer but could not find anything in a reasonable price range. He felt that there are still gaps in the market to be filled. Tips for beginners Find your balance
Position yourself behind the board and place your foot on the rear end of the board (Tail). Now put your other foot on the board as well. Make sure you feel comfortable with your stance before moving on the next step. Now that you have a solid stance on the board, shift your weight forward until you feel the “balance the tail of the board is now coming off the ground and you can start to shift you weight around.
Tips for surfers Railgrab Try to bend your knees as much as possible and grab the rail in front of you with your backhand. Twist your body into the opposite direction. This is a great exercise for surfers who want to improve their backside tube rider skills.
Hang Ten Position your front foot as far forward so your toes are actually hanging over the nose of the board. Find a good point of balance on the board.
Once you feel secure enough you can lift your back foot and place it right next to your front foot.
Shift your weight now all the way to your forward leg. The board will roll backwards on the tube until being caught by the stopper.
DONE. You are now simulating one of surfing most legendary tricks. Now try to reverse back into your old position.
Style Trick “One Foot Position yourself on the board, so that the front foot is placed in the first quarter of the board. Now bend your knees down until you are able to grab the nose of your board with out loosing your balance.
Once you are in this position, it gets a little harder. You must now shift your weight fully to your arm in order to be able to lift your foot off the board. This is the most difficult part of the exercise.
