Sacramento Superior Court Corruption Detailed in New Documentary Featuring Citrus Heights Whistleblower Local divorce lawyers Richard Sokol, Elaine Van Beveren and Judge Thadd Blizzard caught in family court collusion scandal By Cathy Cohen (Open Post)
July 21, 2014 at 6:59pm
Citrus Heights resident Robert Saunders describesSacramento Superior Court corruption in the new documentary film Divorce
Corp recently released on DVD. The movie is described as “A shocking expose of the inner workings of the $50 billion a year U.S. family law industry that shines a bright light on the appalling waste, and shameless collusive practices seen daily in family courts.” Saunders has been an outspoken family court reform activist for many years, and has endured retaliation from Sacramento Family Court judges for his whistleblower activities.
Judge Thadd Blizzard Approval of Illegal Child Abduction Called Retaliation Against Family Court Whistleblower
Last November, Judge Thadd Blizzard approved an illegal child abduction and out-of-state relocation by the mother of Saunders’ twin daughters, Julia and Laura. Saunders has not seen his daughters for several years due to court orders issued by family court judges for the opposing attorney in the case, divorce lawyer Richard Sokol who also serves as a judge pro tem in the same court. Divorce attorney Elaine Van Beveren - also a judge pro tem and minor's counsel in the case - has been caught on transcript engaged in unethical conduct to benefit Sokol and his client. The Divorce Corp documentary includes four corruption cases from Sacramento County, more than any other court in the country. Saunders was interviewed for the film during a Sacramento
Family Court demonstration which he helped organize. The documentary can be purchased on DVD or downloaded from iTunes for $19.95 at the Divorce Corponline store: click here.
