Arthur G. Scotland Federal Misprision of Felony, RICO Racketeering, Honest Services Fraud
Whistleblower leaked documents and court records detailing alleged federal RICO racketeering (18 USC 1962), misprision of felony (18 USC 4), and honest services fraud (18 USC 1346) crimes by former 3rd District Court of Appeal Presiding Justice Arthur Scotland.
