1. Carwash Recycle System. 2. Collaboration Proposal Between J-Biotech Corp and UEM Sunrise Berhad for The Development of Nusajaya Heritage Park in Nusajaya. 3. Collaboration Proposal Between J-Biotech Corp and Gaharu Technologies Sdn Bhd for Microbe Technology Sharing
1st proposal : Carwash Recycle System 1. Objectives This technology is aimed to reduce water consumption by recycling and reusing them continuously. To treat wastewater using microbial product and technology based on biological responses to meet specific water quality criteria. Conserve already depleted water resources as well as protecting the environment for a long term.
2. What problems do wash water present to the storm drain system?
• Mud • Soap and detergent • Rubber • Grease
• Pollution
• Lakes • Rivers • Harbors • Ocean
• Poisonous to fish • Clog storm sewer • Harmful to living organism • Contaminate soil and groundwater.
3. Process Flow
2nd proposal : Collaboration between J-Biotech Environment and Gaharu Technologiest Sdn Bhd 1. Objectives To share microbe technology by supplying, consulting and demonstrating the microbial based product which are able to enhance the efficiency of gaharu growth whilst preserve and conserve our mother of nature with environmental friendly approach.
2. Introduction This project is a collaboration between J-Biotech Environment Sdn Bhd (JBE) and Gaharu Technologies Sdn Bhd to sharing microbe technologist which remain neutrality and environmental friendly. Gaharu Technologies Sdn Bhd owns and manages a plantation situated near Gopeng, Perak where they have planted approximately 200,000 gaharu hybrid trees covering more than 300 acres.

Methodology
3. Recommendation Provides nearer sites that is reachable and accessible Scales down the number of trees to 20-30 per month Reduces number of plants to be observed (Eg: 3 types of plants per month) – Continuous supervision:- Palm oil, Eucalypstus, Rubber, Black pepper – Temporary supervision:- Tomato, Chili, Chinese cabbage
