Duration: 7 minutes
Performance note: Before beginning, establish approximate length of flutist breath. Performers breathe in unison measures 1-3 and 32-33. Otherwise, organ/electronics player follows flutist throughout, though pitch changes need not be exactly aligned. Improvisation sections (m. 10 and m. 31) do not require full breath phrases. Max cues in score refer to number keys on laptop keyboard.
