Craic’inette

Our best-selling signature chocolate. A soft praline dipped in dark chocolate and rolled in dry crepe crumbs. Melt in the mouth deliciousness. Beware...This one’s addictive! Made using our melt in the mouth praline - A genius mix of almonds and hazelnuts cooked into a golden caramel which is then carefully kneaded to create a delicious paste. The praline is then combined with the crepe crumbs that have been carefully dried until light and crispy to create ‘feuilletine’. The paste is then carefully cut by hand into small squared shapes before being coated with the delicate dried crepe crumbs. L’Art du Chocolat Handmade in Ireland Founded in 2013 by Cyril Borie & Nicolas Bateau, L'Art du Chocolat produce handmade chocolates and chocolate sculptures using origional, eye-catching ideas to suit every budget and occasion. Born in Bayonne, the chocolate capital of France, situated in the Basque country, Cyril and Nicolas decided to create the business with their common love of food and adventure. Cyril trained as a pastry chef prior to his training as a chocolatier at the famous Basque Chocolatier Puyodebat. Nicolas trained as a chef in Saint Jean de Luz in the Basque country. “At L’Art du Chocolat, Chocolate is our Passion.
