But, you know me with a few days of rest I’ll be raring to go for the Fourth of July and of course the Metra Picnic on Sunday, July 13th! I can’t wait! The Metra Picnic is my favorite event of the year! This year marks the 35th anniversary of the Metra Picnic. It’s going to be the biggest and the best! If you haven’t been, then this is the year do it! So get your tickets now, from your favorite establishment or on Pay Pal! Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the gate, same low price for 35 years! A little birdie told me that there are some $10 tickets floating around out there, so don’t be shy honey, ask about them when you’re buying yours! But hurry they won’t last at that price! I wonder who will win the “Spirit of the Picnic Award?” It’s the award for selling the most tickets, last year Como’s won! Can your establishment win this year?
