BLOSSOM MAGIC Prep time: 2 minutes | Serves 4
200g strawberries 100g caster sugar 4 tbsp rosewater Chilled bottle of your fave Champagne or Prosecco Edible flowers to decorate
Blitz the strawberries with the sugar and rosewater in a blender or small food processor to make a smooth puree. Add a spoonful or 2 to each glass and top up with your choice of chilled bubbly Decorate with edible flowers to add some extra pizazz Cheers! Enjoy. Love us xxxx
