I. CONCEPT

1. LIMITING MOVEMENTS Investigating the limitation of the movements generated by garments. Considering historic cultural garments from Japan and around the country. These restrictions are much more obvious in the past than in modern society. The garment construction helps men and women to act in a specific way and generating the identity of the people.

2. DRESSING MOTION The time it takes to dress is also reduced compared contemporary to the past.

3. CHANGING IDENTITY Nowadays, people can choose what to wear based on what they do. When they are not restricted by socio-cultural role, they are able to wear casual comfortable clothes that they tend not to wear the restricted garments in order to perform well.

4. PAINTALY To make the paintaly effect using embroiderly, lazer cut and print.
