On March 30th, the V Empowered Women Party was held in Maceió, Alagoas, as a celebration in honor of women who stood out in their fields, produced by renowned social columnist Jacira Leão. The event took place at 1:00 pm in the elegant Le Corbu space and was attended by various local personalities and special guests.
The party’s highlight was the presentation of the Women’s Trophy (CRONISTA JANDIRA LEÃO), which recognized the trajectory and work of inspiring women in the region. In addition, the party featured an exclusive performance by singer Andrea Moraes, who thrilled the audience with her hits.
Cuisine was also one of the party’s highlights, with a special menu prepared by Le Corbu. Among the dishes served to guests were the delicious Carpaccio Le Corbu, the Couvert Le Corbu, the Plats-Escalope do Magalhães, the Poisson a la Claude, and the Farci a l’Emmenthal. For dessert, the famous Petit Gateau and Tarte Tatin were offered.
In addition to celebrating women who make a difference in their fields, the V Empowered Women Party also aimed to strengthen the bond between women and highlight the importance of female empowerment in today’s society. Introducing Jussara Carvalho Motta, the director of JM magazine!
With extensive experience in planning and finance, Jussara Carvalho Motta began her career as the Head of the Fiscal Council of the Health Department of the Government of the Federal District. Since then, she has held various important positions in government agencies and the private sector.
As a budget technician at the Presidency of the Republic at the National Council of Women’s Rights, she helped promote gender equality in the country. Later, as a budget technician at the TST - Superior Labor Court and at the Budget and Finance Secretariat of the Ministry of Planning, she gained experience in financial management of large organizations.
Later on, she served as Director of the Planning and Budget Secretariat of the TRF - Federal Regional Court of the 1st Region and as Director of the Budget and Finance Secretariat at the 19th Region Labor Court. Her work at both courts was marked by dedication and expertise in finance.
Jussara Carvalho Motta also had experience in the private sector, as Public Relations at Zamin Resources Limited and as CEO of S/A Indústria e Comércio de Minérios.
Now, as the founder and director of JM electronic magazine, she brings her vast experience in finance and planning to the digital media. The magazine covers various topics, from politics and economics to culture and entertainment, offering a broad and updated view on the main news and trends of the moment.
