Concept Statement Posh is a women’s shoetique and accessories store. Posh caters to trendy women on a budget. The store will provide the everyday women a luxurious shopping experience minus the high prices. Items will be reasonably priced and luxury items will be ordered by special request.


Company Posh is a shoe and accessories boutique offering an collection of products including shoes (boots, heels, pumps, etc.), handbags, eyewear and jewelry (necklaces, earring, rings etc.). Posh is dedicated to providing a classy, opulent and relaxing place where customers enjoy being pampered.


Culture The culture of our boutique is described as modern, classic, and elegant. Our store is one stop shop for trendy accessories. Our environment promote positivity and relaxation.

Directing uses a combination of goal setting, problem identification & solutions, providing specific directions while coaching also includes goal setting and problem identification.
