The construction industry is a community I’m proud to be a part of. There’s something satisfying about taking a project from concept to completion, but that is not what’s most rewarding. The most rewarding part of belonging to this community is building relationships with all of those who make it possible. In 2020, I joined the CATT Community Project Board for that very reason— to grow relationships with other community members who, in turn, “build” our community. Over the years, I’ve attended CATT events such as the annual holiday party, golf tournaments, as well as mixers, to further connect with my fellow peers and mentors.

Leading the Huff team in the TruckeeTahoe region has been a rewarding experience. We’ve successfully completed projects such as Soaring Ranch Phase 2, Schaffer’s Mill Mountain Lodges, and The Village at Gray’s Crossing. My approach centers on fostering strong relationships with local subcontractors, ensuring that every project we undertake is a collaborative effort rooted in mutual respect and shared goals.
