JULY 18TH – EXECUTIVE SESSION
BOARD ACTIONS
• Reviewed six personnel matters. • Reviewed two member disciplinary matters. • Reviewed 10 legal matters, including ongoing issues with the Tahoe Keys Marina and Yacht Club (TKM&YC). • Reviewed five contracts, no new contracts were approved.
JULY 18TH – BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
BOARD ACTIONS
• Approved the May 2020 Financial Statements. • Adopted the Wastewater Rules and Protocol Operating Rules. • Approved the Floating Island Wetlands project for a cost of $14,996.45 to be funded from the
Water Quality Special Assessment Second Payment. • Accepted the resignation of the current TMS Advisor Neal Simmons and to appoint Tooraj Agahi as the TMS Cove Advisor. • Disbanded the Community Dock Litigation Board Subcommittee (due to the case being resolved and closed).
