Before and After School Program
Monday through Friday | Grades K-5 Register at the front desk or by calling 787-4500
This program is designed to create a positive and engaging before- and after-school environment from 7–8:30 am and 3:30–6 pm Monday through Friday. Tutoring will be provided two days a week for those who may need a little extra help with their homework. We will provide two snacks (please tell us of any allergies). Space is limited – register today!
NEW GUIDELINES: Each family will be asked to fill out a waiver in order for their child to attend. This program will allow for 12 children to be enrolled in the program at any given time. We also have sociallydistanced our tables so that each child has their own space. Several tables have chairs closer together for siblings. It will be up to the parents of those siblings if you would like them to be socially distant from one another while in the care of The Club at Town Center.
Children will be required to wash their hands when coming in from the bus, outside and after eating. There will be no sharing of food. Snacks will be provided that are individually packaged or will be served by staff after they have washed their hands and are wearing foodservice gloves. We ask that all toys be left at home to avoid the issue of sharing.

ASPEN LODGE’S SHOWRUNNERS
PATRICIA HUTCHINSON “DOC” CRAIG HILL GAYLE ORR
The Aspen Lodge is not what it used to be before COVID-19. The Lodge is open thanks to the willingness of our Lodge Attendants to work and risk their lives every day for Sierra Canyon homeowners. When at the Lodge, you will always be greeted by one of these friendly faces. Thanks to the Lodge Attendants, the show can continue, although in a different version! The show includes things such as an extensive reservation system that changes constantly, and strict sanitizing practices after every activity and throughout the day.
Aside from being the showrunners, the Attendants are the enforcers! With so many new rules put in place to keep everyone safe, our Lodge Attendants are ensuring homeowners are wearing a face mask at all times, maintaining social distance, as well as overseeing homeowner reservations to enter the Lodge. Verifying that everyone has their name tag, Informed Consent Form and COVID-19 Waiver on file, is one of their daily duties. However, making sure that everyone is safe when at the Lodge, is their number one priority.
We thank Patricia, Gayle and Doc for running the show!
