Where are we going? ZOEY: Hey. JUSTIN: She says “hi.” So I just want to record this quick video just to talk about some life changing lessons. I was in a seminar with Michael Bernoff and about six months ago, I actually tried it first. He proposed a technique for communicating to help people actually listen to what you have to say and I share this message because Zoey and I are walking right now and a few second ago, she was on my back. And one of our biggest challenges wherever we go, in places where we don’t want to be, is to actually carry her, and she’s not three years old yet.


ZOEY: Pull. Pull. JUSTIN: “Pretty good babe.” She’s not three years old yet but she weighs forty-six pounds, so she’s a little bit difficult to carry. We couldn’t go to many places but I started to use actually one of the techniques. It was actually was designed for sales skills with Zoey and we’re actually walking pleasantly for the park days. I’m ecstatic because of all kinds of new opportunities for us in our relationships and things that we can actually do. I’m sharing this because I’m just kind of a multipurpose use. This video is almost over here so I got to turn my attention back to the most important thing. But I go next because I wanted to share this quick piece of information and it’s a victory to actually have some simple language patterns to alter the way Zoey listens.
