To See the Whole Video, Go To - Behind the Videos Below is a transcription of this video Hey, this is Justin. I want to talk really quickly about the system behind your video marketing efforts. Typically, if you’re doing a ton of videos then you want to get to the position where you are just a “point and shoot” sort of person and you’re just creating the videos. Then, you’ve got a system behind which usually includes a couple of different people that work to turn your videos into some great content.


All I do is record the videos and upload them to a drop box account. Then, I have two people who take over at that point. One person posts the videos because if you’re doing a ton of videos and they are big, it will take a while to get them posted. Then, the second person is doing the transcription of the videos and that includes the title and the tagging. When you put those things together, you have blog posts. Lastly, I have somebody who works on the promotion of the videos, which is actually getting the information out there in the world for people to see. You know, we talk about the inner game of creating videos. That’s the exciting part of getting yourself to actually create and share your videos. Then, there’s also the game of doing the production of the videos. I’ve found that for myself, given my schedule and my energy level for the things that I want to do, that it doesn’t make sense for me to do the production of the videos as well as the creation of them. I just wanted to talk about that because there is a whole other game to actually pointing and shooting and making sure that these things get out there so people can see them.
