I was just thinking about the blocks of activity that want to get – or the results that want to get in a particular time frame and where we’re heading in the things that I want to do. I just shared one of my marketing videos, what I am doing each day. I think it’s important to do a GAP analysis between what are the things that need to get done to get to the goal.
My goals are two sales a day, every single day; doing that through video marketing and investing the resources back into either people resources or paid traffic resources and working on the process all along to make sure that I’m getting the most value per hour from the time. It’s probably worth sitting down and seeing what are the measures to get to the specific goals. I think keep those things present, review those things every day, and tweak those things to get to a place of where I actually want to be and where the appropriate focus is. I have decent building blocks in place right now. It just takes sitting down for a period of time either each week, each month and represencing those building blocks and testing to see where we are along the path of achieving those and just filling in those pieces and tweaking and making them better. I don’t think it’s that complicated. I think the take away from this is to set some time out, to schedule some time, to fill in that time and create the next set of building blocks. Thanks a lot.
