Frustrating Day

I’m dealing with some frustration today. I have three things I don’t want to do today that I’ve got to do and it’s fine. It only accounts for maybe 1 hour and 20 minutes of my day. There’s three I just want to do today, so I’m looking for an opportunity here, what’s the opportunity? Being able to do stuff that we don’t want to do and actually doing that and doing it powerfully, creates opportunity.
It creates opportunities but I’m trying to work through this thing as I’m actually talking, creates a peaceful life, which allows us to do the things that we do want to do. Allow us to do that much better. That’s kind of a challenge. When I get into these places where I don’t want to do something and that’s just the dominant energy, that’s the thing that taking over. There’s a couple of choices; there’s not doing those things, there’s resisting those things, or getting through them and actually learning a lesson. I’ve committed to all three things I’ve got to do so I’ve got to get through them, learn the lessons, and look for the opportunity. I realized what it takes is and the more I resist something the better it is in the end, but the resistance the pain as I’m recording this video, there’s that resistance that keeps coming up. I don’t necessarily have an answer right in this moment, but just talking these things through and working it through makes a difference.
